Laura began exploring the world of yoga over 20 years ago, practicing Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga in Boulder, CO. Then a friend suggested Kaiut yoga to her one day and was so enthusiastic about it she decided to try it for herself. The deep healing and sense of calm she experienced from the practice was all the motivation she needed to bring her dream of teaching into focus again. Laura earned her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate in November 2016. She began studying directly with Francisco Kaiut in February 2017 and opened Kaiut Yoga Broomfield in 2018 and is in the process of rebranding to Infinity One Yoga. When not spending time with family and friends or teaching yoga, Laura can often be found at home, in her pajamas, reading non-fiction.

After struggling with the demands of her usual Vinyasa yoga practice, she discovered Kaiut Yoga—and everything changed. Within just three months, her nerve pain had completely resolved.
When Jen learned that Francisco Kaiut was offering teacher training online, she didn’t hesitate to join. Since then, she has remained committed to the practice, initially stepping in as a substitute teacher after completing her training and officially beginning to teach in January 2024. Jen loves helping others experience the healing potential of Kaiut Yoga, just as she did.
Jen is a mom of two boys and has been a licensed massage therapist for over 20 years. She brings her experience of working in chiropractic and physical therapy settings and now runs her own private practice in Broomfield.
With her combined background in bodywork and yoga, Jen enjoys helping people heal, move better, and reconnect with their bodies in a supportive and accessible way.

Kerry Lewis brings her big heart, curious mind, keen eye, and 30 years of in depth study of the human body~mind to her teaching & practice of Kaiut Yoga. Her goal & gift is to help people find home in their body, and to discover the limitless possibilities their body & being have to offer.
Kerry began her own healing journey with Francisco Kaiut & this regenerative approach to yoga in Summer 2010. She has not stopped practicing since. As past professional dancer, and survivor of life-changing brain & spinal injuries in 2009, she knows both the height of human movement potential, as well as the infinite capacity of the human body~mind to heal, again and again, if just given the chance. Over the past 14 years Kaiut Yoga has offered her, and countless others, that possibility.
Kerry began teaching Kaiut Yoga in 2017, and is continually touched by how it can meet the needs of so many different ages and abilities, from those struggling with chronic pain and significant movement limitations, to athletes wanting to improve performance. She loves how it both invites and supports the whole of us to return to our natural balance and optimum functioning, so we can enjoy and prolong our quality of life, no matter the challenges we are working with & through.

In his 20’s and early 30’s, Ben worked as litigation and antitrust attorney in Washington, D.C. However, when the pharmaceutical interventions that were managing his chronic health issues stopped being effective, he embraced holistic modalities of healing, including yoga, meditation, and cranio-sacral therapy. In 2021, Ben discovered Kaiut yoga, and the method immediately clicked with him because he felt that it synthesized the most therapeutic aspects of various styles of yoga that he had experimented with over the years.
A regular Kaiut practice has had profound, restorative effects on Ben’s nervous system and immune function and helped him heal. What further captivated Ben was that many of his friends and family members with whom he shared the practice received tremendous benefits as well – regardless of their age, background, and/or physical limitations. After completing his 300-hour teacher training with Francisco in 2022, Ben started teaching and has found a true passion in sharing this method with students.

My name is Jani. I am married and have a grown daughter. I was born in Denver and live in Louisville. I am a retired family practice Physician Assistant. I was a former Outward Bound instructor. I have been very active in my life and love the outdoors. And, I have had challenges in my life. A severe accident where I broke both legs brought me to Kaiut Yoga. I am so grateful for this Yoga in my life. It not only gives me the mobility to do the things I enjoy, it affords me a nervous system to navigate the complex world we live in.
Kaiut Yoga Broomfield opened its doors in February of 2018. Owner and teacher Laura found Kaiut Yoga and studied for 3 years, deciding that she had to share this Kaiut Yoga with as many people as possible.
Kaiut Yoga is an inclusive method using simple shapes to create a format of yoga accessible to all practitioners regardless of flexibility, strength, age, or experience.
